Dynamic navigation & sessions
presono's dynamic navigation allows presentations to be flexibly tailored to the needs and interests of the audience. Instead of being limited to a rigid, predefined path, the platform allows the use of interactive elements such as menus and buttons to navigate to different content such as products, information, services, technologies, references or documents. In this way, presentations can be individually adapted to the discussion partner or auditorium and questions or requests can be immediately addressed.
In addition, presono offers the possibility to access the entire content pool at any time and to spontaneously insert any content into the presentation - or otherwise prepared application. This includes, for example, additional products, references, images, videos or PDF documents such as technical data sheets or quotations, which not only makes the visual presentation and interaction more informative and appealing, but also enables a more individual approach to the counterpart.
Sessions are a central element of presono and serve to record the content actually shown during a presentation or the use of apps. They provide an exact image of the selected navigation path, including all shown slides, views, pages and inserted media content or documents. In this way, valuable information can be gained about content that is used or used less frequently or more frequently in order to optimize it and provide the best possible support for customer-facing teams.
The recorded sessions can be subsequently adapted, extended or shortened, for example to adapt them again for external release. The session data can be used to perform internal evaluations and gain detailed insights into how presentations are used and interacted with.
