Sharing content is an essential aspect for optimally addressing prospects, leads, customers and partners in all phases of the customer journey as well as in marketing and sales funnels. presono allows you to easily share presentations, digital brochures, interactive catalogs and other applications as a web link. No separate data upload or deployment in a third-party system is required.

Simply share the link via email, Microsoft Teams, or other communication channels. It's just one click for recipients to explore the content in their browser without having to install or download anything. They can navigate both interactively and linearly through the shared content, including all media such as images, videos, 3D views, and PDF documents. This feature allows for an ideal experience for the recipient, be it a customer, lead or partner.

A key benefit of shared links is the timeliness of content: If you change, extend or replace content in the presono platform, these updates, adjustments and extensions are automatically updated in the shared links. This ensures that your recipients always use the most up-to-date information.

Shared links are available only for a defined period of time, but this can be customized (extended or shortened). Moreover, a sharing can be terminated at any time. If someone accesses a shared link that is no longer active, it is possible to actively request an extension or a new link. This is displayed to the releasing person within the tool in order to perform the corresponding activities.

In addition, presono enables tracking of the use of shared links. Recipients are asked for their email address (this function can be deactivated) and the usage, i.e. which content was viewed or clicked on how often and for how long, is recorded. This gives you detailed insights into the usage behavior, interests and focus topics of your customers, leads and partners. The generated insights and analyses can then be evaluated in presono and processed separately and used for targeted marketing and sales campaigns.

Shared links can not only be used as links, but also integrated into websites and third-party apps via iFrame. This maintains a consistent content image and line of communication, while reducing duplicate maintenance and additional solutions. Alternatively, shown presentations, navigation progressions or prepared document compilations can also be exported as PDFs for further processing in file form. Content marked as "confidential" will be automatically removed by the platform in any form of external sharing, i.e. whether as a link or PDF, and cannot be exported or sent along.
